Bob's San Diego Oriental Rug cleaning was founded by Robert McLean in 1976. Bob realized quickly that most carpet cleaning companies were not providing proper rug cleaning.
Bob wanted to be able to tackle any problems that may come up, so he immersed himself in education. Studying cleaning magazines, manuals, and networking with other professionals throughout California, he learned everything that he could about Traditional hand washing for hand woven rugs. As a result, he began to solve many difficult cleaning related problems for clients. Most other carpet cleaners did not know much about rug cleaning and were cleaning them the same as wall to wall carpet. Over the years, Bob continued to work hard, adding important certifications and designations along the way.
Over the years (over 30yrs), Bob has made a conscious effort to keep his cleaning service small to be able to control quality and keep it very personal. Bob's San Diego Oriental Rug Cleaning is small enough to maintain the highest level of service possible to the clients they highly value.
